The quality of steam conditioning can vary widely depending on the designof the vessel and steam supply system, Roskamp's steam chambers have avertical, round design and utilize unique steam hoods to ensure consistent"first-in, first-out" product flow within the chamber. This is not only good forconditioning, but it also allows you to switch grains without emptying thechamber-just stop one grain and start another.
