3.Soaking system: temporarily store corm in the soaking tank for 10-12 hours, and control the moisture content of corn aftersoaking within 20%.

4.Preparation system: the corn is sent into the cooking tank for cooking for about 40-60 minutes (the preparation time

varies with the initial moisture of the corn).5.Tableting system: the prepared corn is made into uniform fiakes with a reference thickness of 1-1.5mm through a tabletpress under a specific pressure.

6.Drying system: the pressed com tablets are dried and cooled by the scraper dnying device to control the moisture contentof the finished product at about 13%.

7.Packaging system: the cooled com tablets are packaged and sold through a specific packaging device.
